| We have tried to make this program easy
to use. We have also added a export option so that you can
export the G/L info and import it into Excel. The program here
will handle a single company, download the TBSMenu program, and it
will handle multiple companies.

The Amounts screen shows the amount for each period, for the current year, last year, and the budgeted amount.

Downloads and Purchase You can download a demo version of the program that will run for 30 days. We also provide a starter chart of accounts and the account breaks up using a 4 digit account number. If you will be using the TBS General Ledger with multiple companies, you will need to download the Multi Company Menu program. Install in the same folder as the TBS General Ledger program. Set your desktop icons to run TBSMenu.exe. The data files for each company will be in a separate folder.
