TBS Equipment Maintenance was designed to:
Keep track of scheduled preventative maintenance operations, allow for work orders to be entered quickly for unscheduled repairs.  The program has been designed to be usable by the maintenance personnel, but to also provide reports for management.

Maintenance Profiles

We designed this program to use maintenance profiles.  If you have a number of similar machines, set up the maintenance profile for the first one, then assign all of them the same maintenance profile, and they will all have the same maintenance operations scheduled.

Easy of Use

As in all of our applications, we have tried to make the program as easy to use as we can.  The program allows you to enter info at any point in the process (for example, you can go into the enter Work Orders, and set up a Equipment item at that point).  The work flow was designed with the expectation that you would set up maintenance operations, maintenance profiles, equipment (which would then schedule maintenance operations for that piece of equipment).  However, you can also go straight to Work Orders and enter a work order for an existing or a new item.

Pricing:

Understand that we do not price our products on a per user basis.  You pay the same price whether you have 1 user or 10 users accessing the program.  The program is network ready, and can be installed on a network for multiple users to access.

The price for the program is 895.00  (Introductory Price is 595.00 thru March 31, 2005)

Custom Programming (should you want to modify the program) is 75.00 per hour.

We offer a 30 day trial version of the program for people to download and try in the evaluation process.  This trial version is not limited in any way (except the 30 day limit).
