Instructions
The applications can be installed on a network and used by multiple
users.
There are two ways that you can install the program on a network
drive.
1) Download the program and install it to the network drive.
2) Download the program, install it on a workstation for
evaluation, then you decide you like the program and want to use it.
Create a folder on your network shared drive that all of the people
that you will want to access the program will have access to.
Copy the contents of the folder on the workstation to that network
shared folder. (All the files required are in the folder the
program installs itself in). Go to each of the workstations, and
create a new icon on their desktops that points to the program in the
folder you just created.
Backups
Data files end with a .TPS extension. You should back these
files up on a routine basis.
