The Asset Maintenance screen:

Limititations:
1) This is based on Excel. So the limitations are those
imposed by Excel. Maximum number of rows per worksheet is
65,535 (in versions prior to Excel 2007). A more realistic
limit is probably in the 2,000 to 10,000 range (based on how long
you want to spend looking for a asset.)
2) The demo version is a 30 day evaluation version. (After the
end of the 30 days, the Calculate Depreciation button will stop
working until the app is registered.)
3) You should keep the number of Categories to fewer than 30.
(This is a limit based on the current coding. If you need more
than 30 categories, let me know and I can change that limit).
4) Reporting - The approach that we have taken with reports is to
populate a separate worksheet with the info for that report. You
will have to then format the worksheet for printing (set some cells to
wrap text, set print area, margins, etc.) before you then print that
page.
